How to File a Right-to-Know Request

  1. Complete the Form: Download and fill out the Standard Right-To-Know Request Form.
  2. Be Specific: Clearly identify the specific documents, dates, and information you are seeking.
  3. Submit Your Request: Deliver the completed form to the Open Records Officer using one of the delivery methods listed below.

Requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal or anonymous requests will not be accepted or processed.
